Your online security is a top priority with The Markerboard

Calculating Shipping Charges
Our Shipping & Handling Charges are 10% of the
total order ($4 minimum).
Total Delivery Time
Because we are the manufacturer we can ship items ordered
online right away. If you order before 1 pm EST your
order should ship the same day, except for Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays.
You can expect delivery of
your items within 2 - 5 business days after you place the order. Our
factory is located in Lansing, Michigan. The further you are from Michigan the
longer your order will take to arrive. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii
are shipped USPS and can take considerably longer.
Canadian Shipments and Customs
Currently, we do not ship to Canada.
Documentation
Upon receipt of your online order we email
you an order confirmation
if you supply your valid email address. Once your shipment is invoiced,
we will email to the same email address a copy of your invoice with
a link to track your order.
Shipment Tracking
If you feel it necessary to track your order further, please call
Customer Service at 1-800-379-3727 and we can often track your order
while you are still on the phone.
Back Orders
Being the manufacturer, backorders on our stock items
rarely happen. In any case, we will email you about delays. Please note
that you have the right to cancel an order at any time before it ships
by emailing us or by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-DRY-ERASE.

is easy! Not only do we
have a fantastic selection of dry erase boards — our checkout process is a breeze! Just follow these

simple steps and your order is out the door and on its way to you.
Step 1:
Begin by finding an item you want to purchase. Enter
in the quantity desired. Then put it in your shopping cart by clicking the
" Add to Cart" button.
Once entered, you will be returned to the page you ordered
from to continue shopping. When you are done shopping just click any
"View Cart" button. You will then be transported to view
your personal shopping cart. Once there you can:
- Return to our online store by clicking the "Continue Shopping"
button.
- Checkout by filling in the rest of the page and clicking
"Checkout".
Now that you’ve added items to your cart, it’s
time to verify the details. Please check the:
- Quantity -If you want to change the quantity, please enter the
correct number in the window. (Enter "0" to delete.) Click
Update.
- Product name
- Price
- Grand Total
If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping
Cart, just change the quantity to "0". Remember, if you make any changes to this page, you must click
Update to record them.

We give you five Payment options:
- Credit Card using our secured server.
- Mail-In your Check or Money Order.
- Call us with your credit card number.
- Fax us your credit card payment.
- Mail or fax your School Purchase Order.
(Credit Card is the default selection.) To change to
one of the other options, just click the little round button in
front of your preferred method.
Print a copy of this order form for your files by selecting the Print
option from the File menu.
We will send you an email
when we ship your order using the email address you
provided when your ordered. If you order before 1 pm EST
